Erin Yount has had more than ten years of experience in student and corporate leadership development settings. She has been responsible for increasing process efficiency for various non profit and education institutions including the Center for Creative Leadership. She specializes in event coordination, client relationship development and organizational systems development. Interested in student leadership and community service, Erin has created various peer education, health education and emerging leader programs in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Colorado. She holds a variety of responsibilities at Catamount Institute, including managing the Dynamic Change Leader program, membership activities and media relations.
